Ibrahim Sannoh has been appointed Minister of Youth Affairs, a move that underscores the administration’s commitment to empowering the country’s younger generation. In a similarly forward-looking decision, Eric Massallay steps in as Deputy Minister of Communications, Technology and Innovation, reinforcing efforts to modernize Sierra Leone’s digital landscape.
Additionally, Mustapha Mac Lissa now leads the Sierra Leone National Shipping Company as its new Managing Director, charged with steering the maritime sector toward greater dynamism and global competitiveness. Dr. Eldred Taylor has also been named Chairman of the Office of Presidential Infrastructure Initiative, tasked with catalyzing major infrastructure projects across the country.
